Book Download Instructions   ***Please note, the book is available in either a streaming or DjVu format ***   Web-Streaming Book Format: This format is ideal to quickly view the book without the need to download or install any special files or software To view the book in the streaming format simply do one of the following: - For a full-screen streaming viewer, click on a desired book section image - For a browser streaming viewer with extra viewing options,  click on the hyperlinked chapter heading immediately above a desired book section image The streaming viewers have a number of viewing options and features which can be explored such as: - Page zoom - Three different layout modes: magazine (2-page facing), presentation (1-page facing) and paper (similar to a streamed PDF) - Search and page indexing (available only in the browser streaming viewer) The streaming viewers require an internet connection, a web browser and Adobe Flash 9.0 or greater to run. Adobe Flash is free and installed on 99% of internet enabled devices in mature markets. If the streaming viewers will not run properly on your system, make sure you are connected to the internet, and then install the latest version of Adobe Flash. The Paper layout viewing mode of streaming viewers requires a pop-up window in your browser. If Paper layout mode does not work for you, change your browser to allow popups from blacklightpower.com and issuu.com.   DjVu Book Format: This format is ideal to study the book in depth as it includes full text search, chapter navigation and allows for reading without an internet connection once the DjVu formatted book has been saved to your system and the software is installed. To view the book in the DjVu format: 1) Download and install the appropriate free DjVu viewer for your system by selecting from the following operating system links: (Windows|Mac|Unix) 2) Save the desired DjVu files to your system via the hyperlinked book titles: - Windows and Unix users can use the "right-click" mouse action to select "Save As" or similar from within a browser - Mac users can user hold the CONTROL key while clicking the mouse to select "Save As" or similar from within a browser 3) Open the Djvu files saved on your system with the newly installed software, or simply double-click the saved DjVu files A free DjVu Browser Plug-in is also available, although it does not contain all the features the standalone viewer presented above does     Back to Dr. Mills' Book Download and Streaming Page
